Customers are expected to give no less than 24 hours’ notice if they cannot attend an appointment. If a customer misses two appointments in a row without proper notice, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged on rebooked appointment. $50.00 is non-refundable. Customer dismissal may occur if a third appointment is missed without proper notice.
